2007-04-03	Ok, no code is left in src, it's all in src/old. We'll gradually move code back	Mike Buland
	into src as it's fixed and re-org'd. This includes tests, which, I may write a unit test system into libbu++ just to make my life easier.
2006-11-02	Added the new features that you need to make the connection manager, protocols,	Mike Buland
	and the connection monitor work in two-way-mode. Effectively you should be able to write systems that both serve and initiate connections, and only write one protocol.
2006-05-03	Sweet, all changes from the (once again 1 rev) branch have been merged back in.	Mike Buland
