2010-02-04	david - Made a build-M3 file for building to windows (mingw). This one ↵	David
	actually builds *.cpp, yay!... Although i took out Process, Plugger, and Regex... to be re-added later... also had to stubify a few more functions when compiling on WIN32.
2009-07-31	I switched the Bu::Stream::isEOS function to be named Bu::Stream::isEos, and	Mike Buland
	also made sure the copyright is at the top of all the files, it's been too long. Anyway, this may effect some code, but not much, and it's an easy enough fix.
2008-03-20	This is a preliminary test of my new server simplification subclass, don't use	Mike Buland
	it yet, the name will change. I really, really, really want the name to change.
