things that should be added. A few of them still need to be implemented. I
know that truncate for Bu::File is possible on windows, I've used it before, but
hell if I can find it. Myriad also needs the setSize function completed.

synopsis line made the canWrite function misleading.
I also addad a script that could actually be used for any project, it builds a
tarball release of all the files that are in SVN, so it will skip object code
and the like.

also made sure the copyright is at the top of all the files, it's been too long.
Anyway, this may effect some code, but not much, and it's an easy enough fix.

Bu::FString reference as a parameter. Unfortunately you need to remember to add
"using Stream::write;" to each child class so they can take advantage of it.
Strange, no?
Also, cleaned up a bunch of header files, I'm trying to move towards headers
only including other headers that they absolutely need, otherwise just creating
forward decleration sections at the top of each.

conflicts from happening. And, from now on, other projects should do -Ilibbu++
not -Ilibbu++/src so we can get ready for an installed version of libbu++.

although I have to say that the bzip2 test program is the easiest general bzip2
compression program I've ever made...it just goes :)
Decompression in Bu::BZip2 isn't finished yet, but that's ok, it's coming soon.

actually interacting with clients, and the Client class is almost there, except
that it doesn't really do anything yet.

Also fixed the stream system to use void * pointers instead of char *.
