They are built as their final objects during parsing now. It's no more
complex and we have no useless tokens now.

About to change a few things:
- symbols and errors will have a range not a position
- remove view/output token type, those should just be View and Output
structs
- Figure out some formatting stuff? (add a dep? I dunno)
- Move to non-quoted dot-delimeted variable references.
- Add loops.
- Add conditionals?
- Add more!

We have a lot of cleanup to do, remove debugging prints, and make it
easier to use other structures and complex variable references, etc.

I think I'll change fragment to view, it's nicer and shorter.

It required some weird changes, I'm not sure I'm happy with them all
yet, but I"m getting closer. It parses all basics, now we need to build
an AST so it's actually useful :-P

- Creating a LookaheadIterator as a general class that could be used.
- Wrap symbols in a symbol struct that tracks symbol start and end
position for error reporting.
- Make a struct for position in a file as well.

ALso the parser is next up. But I want to get some frontend
done so it won't whine at me so much.
The lexer has a lot more to go, I'm sure, but right now it
does all the basics that I need it to do.

Tokens now can only have a-z, A-Z, or 0-9 in them, we can add more
later, _ and - maybe? but this lets us easily break on = and other
things we may want.
